Preparatory Seminar for Assessors for the SHARE Pilot Review Exercises of EQAAs

The SHARE Seminar was held at the Renaissance Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on 18-19 September 2017. The seminar was held to prepare the Assessor teams for the site visits to the agencies that will be conducted in November 2017.

29 representatives from External Quality Assurance Agencies in eight ASEAN countries attended the event. The objectives of the seminar were to prepare the assessor panels for their site visits to BAN-PT or (NAAHE) in Indonesia, ONESQA in Thailand, PAASCU in the Philippines and MQA in Malaysia. Present were also representatives from NAQAC in Myanmar, EQAC in Lao PDR and ACC in Cambodia.

The assessors were trained in analysing Self-Assessment Reports, conducting interviews and review report writing.
